Webinar 2: Play to Prosper - Introduction

Content: This session tracks the material in Chapter 1 of Play to Prosper: The Small Investor’s Survival Guide. It serves as an introduction to various important concepts, many of which are delved into in much greater detail in other Play to Prosper sessions.

Webinar 3: Play to Prosper - Financial Advisor Risk

Content: This session focuses on various ways in which financial advisors add to investing risk for small investors, and how some of that risk can be mitigated. Some of the material may be found in select sections of Chapter 3 in Play to Prosper: The Small Investor’s Survival Guide.

Webinar 4: Play to Prosper - Wall Street Attitudes toward Small Investors

Content: This session covers much of the material in Chapter 5 of Play to Prosper: The Small Investor’s Survival Guide. It explains the prevailing attitudes held by financial market professionals, and in particular their dismissive attitudes toward small investors.

Webinar 5: Play to Prosper - Game Pieces (Stocks, Bonds and Funds)

Content: This session tracks the material in Chapters 7 and 8 of Play to Prosper: The Small Investor’s Survival Guide. It serves to explain various financial instruments available to investors (and speculators) in financial markets.

Webinar 6: Play to Prosper - Our Own Worst Enemy

Content: This session addresses the psychological and emotional issues that conspire to make us bad decision makers. The content applies to investing decisions but also to various other decisions we make in other areas of our lives. Some of the material may be found in Chapter 11 of Play to Prosper: The Small Investor’s Survival Guide.
